\nA consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed in nature.<\/p>\n

Right of Withdrawal<\/strong>
\nYou have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.<\/p>\n

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the enclosed model withdrawal form for this purpose, though it is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.<\/p>\n

Notwithstanding the above, the right of withdrawal does not apply, pursuant to \u00a7 312g para. 2 no. 6 BGB, to contracts for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software in sealed packaging where the seal has been removed after delivery.<\/p>\n

Consequences of Withdrawal<\/strong>
\nIf you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees in connection with this refund.<\/p>\n

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.<\/p>\n

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract, at:<\/p>\n

The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.<\/p>\n

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.<\/p>\n

Electronic Withdrawal Function<\/strong>
\nYou may also exercise your right of withdrawal online via the electronic withdrawal function on our website. The “Withdraw from contract” button can be found in the footer of every subpage of this website.<\/p>\n

The electronic withdrawal function operates in two steps: after clicking “Withdraw from contract” you will be prompted to confirm your withdrawal by clicking “Confirm withdrawal.” You will then immediately receive an acknowledgement of receipt by email.<\/p>\n

Use of the electronic withdrawal function is voluntary. The other withdrawal methods (letter, email, model withdrawal form) remain available unchanged.<\/p>\n
